That was kindof a rude way to tell rantingqueer you didn’t like her work. I mean what if writing was something they loved to do and they cherished their characters. Y’all kinda just threw it in her face and called it carp. (Oh and Keegan wouldn’t have showed mercy. You beat his boyfriend. Your brain should be on the pavement)

Personally I don’t agree with the scores, but then again I’m not a judge. I just feel that rantingqueer's entry far outperformed projectsnt's. I felt the battle was more dynamic and had a lot more emotion, and in fact I liked their interpretation of the battlefield more with gravity…

Way to bash on

rantingqueer

s work. What if that is something they really love to do and you pretty much just told them they suck. And honestly. Keegan would have pulled the trigger. You don’t beat on a guy’s boyfriend and not get your brains splattered.

I… didn’t bash on anyone? In fact I 100% feel rantingqueer should have won this round? Unless you’re not talking to me and that was aimed at the judges instead.

But there was just a clear divide in quality of writing and dynamism in the pieces that I am really floored by the outcome. I was pretty much on the edge of my seat when Keegan was about to be stabbed in the freakin’ throat when the amount of gravity increased. Like… I dunno. The way projectsnt’s piece ended was pretty lackluster in comparison. Sure it ended in a surprising way, but there was no emotion, no tension, everything was far too straightforward and done with way too quickly. I could go through and point out everything between the two pieces but that’s not going to affect the scores any.

No hun I ment them. It was a cruel way for them to word their disagreement with her work. I appreciate you sticking up for her.

Earlier this year I was invited by shikino1003 to participate in a Japanese Newmann doujinshi anthology, and I jumped at the offer because holy moly how cool is that?!

But yeah, here’s the comic I drew for the anthology!

Please read RIGHT to LEFT!
